We seeking a Legal Assistant in Aylesbury for a large client of ours who have multiple offices and areas of expertise, they are a Legal 500 firm with great staff retention and opportunities for progression.
They are looking to bring in a Assistant/Secretary to come in and aid their busy Family and Private Client teams so experience in these areas is essential.
This role will see you aiding to busy departments in a beautiful setting, some of your day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
* Preparing correspondence and documents
* Audio/copy typing of documents and letters
* Diary management
* Completing disclosure bundles
* Dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone
* Meeting arrangements
* Dealing with post Any other administration or secretarial duties as required.
* Sometimes act as single point of contact for any questions and enquiries
This position is looking to offer a salary of £22,000 initially and they are able to take you on as soon as you desire.
