Experienced Perms Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant- within either manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or your specialist sector

Working from home 2 to 3 days per week

£25,000 to £28,000 basic plus bonus on top

THE CLIENT

My client is a new small independent recruiter that operate as a boutique consultancy but who are part of a larger group who have 40 branches throughout the UK.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are now seeking a focussed, hungry experienced perms recruiter that would like to build and grow a desk of their sector choice and build a team around them in the future.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must be an experienced 360/ business developer and be confident that they can grow and build a desk within their chosen sector, you will have full autonomy to make all decisions and you can work from home two or three days a week and go into the branch for meetings.

You must be self motivated and have proven billings and enjoy the challenge of starting a desk from a zero start.

THE PACKAGE

My client wishes to attract the best recruiters in the industry so will pay up to 28K basic D.O.E plus a great commission structure which is uncapped, flexible working hours and a very supportive management team
