Bright Selection is delighted to represent a well-established elderly care provider in the South East region of the UK, who require a Deputy Manager – Nurse qualified, to join the leadership team in one of their larger nursing homes.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Good rated care home within a successful region of homes that are all good or outstanding rated.

This role requires accomplished clinical leader with previous Deputy Manager experience.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Registered Manager
Support on day to day management of home
Lead on achieving clinical outcomes within the home
Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation and completion of all relevant records
Team management and leadership responsibilities

Essential Criteria

Registered Nurse with active PIN
Proven track record in the management of a nurses
Current clinical skills including syringe pump
Management of Safeguarding and DOLS experienced

Remuneration

Salary offered c£50,000pa DOSE
25 days leave plus 8 bank holidays
