About the role:
They are currently looking for a highly organised and customer focused individual to join their Customer Experience Department as a Payment Support Assistant. This role will provide flexible and effective administrative support to the income team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and making calls to a variety of customers, taking ownership of enquiries where necessary.
* Providing an efficient service for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Preparing and maintaining standard documents used by the team, keeping them up to date and accurate.
* Contributing to the delivery of an excellent customer service.
What they’re looking for:
* A team player.
* A clear and effective communicator who can deliver outstanding customer focussed services.
* The ability to process data quickly and accurately.
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
* The negotiation skills necessary to liaise effectively with tenants, staff and contractors.
* Previous involvement in the delivery of tenancy management services would be advantageous but is not essential.
