Job Title: E- Commerce Marketing Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary circa: £55k + bonus and benefits
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering a D2C advertising strategy for the brand at a European level to support e-commerce implementations.
Development of ATL campaign support for e-commerce promotions & activity, including both digital and traditional TVC advertising.
Manage and deploy digital and TV advertising spend to support e-commerce platform.
E-commerce site optimisation, including UX improvements, SEO, conversion rate strategy, customer journey management
Development of campaign content and support for social media channels.
Analysis & reporting of key metrics to ensure activity is driving sales targets
Alignment to pan-European ATL and media planning process to ensure consistency across multi-format advertising campaigns.
Staying up to date on new features, best practices and trends across ecommerce, digital and social platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Proven track record with hands on experience in e-commerce D2C (ideally 5+ years in a similar position).
Expertise within Ecommerce marketing and able to effectively manage agencies to cover ATL and digital channel Management and developing a clear scalable Marketing strategy at a European level.
Agency pitching and selection.
A deep understanding of E-Commerce, trends and best practices
Educated to degree level in business administration, digital marketing, economics or comparable degree.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages
Advanced Google Analytics
Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication skills and effective in creating working relationships with colleagues across different teams, confident in presenting findings and suggestions to stakeholders
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
A good team spirit and a strong self-starter
