Customer Service Account Manager
Our client is looking to add a new team member to their customer service team. 
They offer a salary of 17-20k salary  28 days holiday plus 3 extra days for Christmas break  Lovely working environment Free parking

The Role as a Customer service account manager you will provide:
Excellent communication both verbal and written 
Administration duties 
Setting up new accounts
Building relationships with existing and new clients 
Advising of different services available 
Responding to enquiries within stated SLA 
You will hold :

Excellent Customer service experience 
Working experience of Microsoft packages 
Confident on the telephone
Be keen to gain experience and knowledge within the industry
