Deputy Payroll Manager – High Wycombe – £45000 p.a + Benefits

A highly successful High Wycombe based organisation are seeking to hire a Deputy Payroll Manager with experience of running a busy high volume payroll.

Key responsibilities

Experience managing high volume payroll teams
Processing end to end payroll in a busy team.
Manage your own portfolio of complex clients.
Statutory payments – Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance etc.
Processing of Year End procedures.
Provide 1st line support for payroll queries.
Liaise with HMRC when required.
Process Tax Code changes.
Manual calculations. Qualifications:

2-3 years' experience managing a busy payroll function.
CIPP qualified (desirable).
