Domiciliary Care Assistants (Drivers/ Non-Drivers needed)

What is the role?
We provide Domiciliary Care services to a range of adults including elderly and disabled services users in their own home. We offer assistance with personal care, companionship, meal preparation and domestic tasks.

* We provide out of hours support to staff.

* We are proactive in supporting our care staff to solve daily challenges.

Responsibilities

Providing assistance with getting out of bed, washing, dressing, meal prep and medication assistance.

It’s not all personal care, sometimes it's some shopping or having a chat.

Entering visit details using an electronic monitoring system via a handheld device.

Working hours are based from 7.00 am to 2.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm, and working every other weekend, we all want to spend time with family working every other weekend means all employees don't miss out.

Competitive package:

* Average hourly rate between £9.00 – £10.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

* Flexible shift patterns available.

* Full time and Part time positions available

* Weekday and Weekend shifts.

* Paid induction training and shadowing.

* Excellent in-house training for QCF (Quality Care Foundation) qualifications and constant development and progression.
