A field based business development role, selling coffee, beverage and foodservice machines into the Café and Bar sector

Package: circa £40k basic, £50k+ uncapped OTE, car or allowance, mobile, laptop, pension and 25 days holiday.
Territory: National role
Promoting: Coffee and beverage machines, Panini gills, juice and ice cream dispensers, refrigerated cabinets and dishwashing equipment
Customers: National Cafés and Bars, at head office level

The Role – Business Development Manager:

* A business development role specifically targeting the café and bar sector, which will include juice bars, ice cream parlours…

* Targeting national accounts at head office level, with all accounts won being retained and developed by yourself

* Typically leading with coffee and beverage machines, and then introducing their complete range

* From slushy machines, to Panini gills, juice and ice cream dispensers, refrigerated cabinets, dishwashing equipment and coffee grinding and beverage machines

* Although this will be primarily a new business role to begin, you will inherit one prestigious national coffee chain to account manage and develop

The Successful Applicant:

* Applicants with field sales experience within the coffee and beverage sector will be readily received

* Although this is not essential, and other catering equipment and foodservice backgrounds are equally of interest

* A new business winner at heart, who is equally comfortable managing and developing the accounts won

* Self-motivated, with excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
