SetSquare have partnered with an award winning national housing developer. Our client is an industry leading and known nationally for delivering high-quality, high spec houses as well as luxury developments and the associated affordable housing that comes with any larger development.

As a business they are known as a volume house builder with a focus on quality, attention to detail and a first class after service due to this reputation they are looking to add to their Milton Keynes based region adding an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team.

As an intermediate Quantity Surveyor:

* You will have experience within the residential sector

* Chartership is beneficial but not essential

* IT Literate

* Knowledge of COINS would be advantageous You will be looking after a number of new sites and your duties will consist of:

* Final accounts

* Sub-contractors tendering

* Sub -contractors payments

* Cost plans * Valuations

* Variations * Cost reporting

* General QS duties including, procurement, CVR's, subcontract payment, valuations, variations, final account.

* Reporting to the commercial manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge in an environment they can flourish producing a product they can be proud to associate their name. Or a strong, experienced Trainee/ Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to make the step up.
