If you are looking for a busy role, working within a great team, in a fun environment then this could be the role for you. It is a phone based role, you will be working towards targets and actively making calls to clients. You will following up on any queries they have and help guide them with what is best suited for their needs. This may be phone calls, video calls and screen sharing.

You must be confident in dealing with customers over the phone and be proactive with who you are speaking to and going above and beyond to help them. Experience on dealing with outbound and inbound calls is essential. You must be highly organised, have an eye for detail and experience building relationships.
