Our client is looking for Metering Services Coordinator in Milton Keynes. For the busy role you will need to have experience in a previous customer service role along with a can do attitude towards getting the job done.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Process data and ensure field activities are completed to contractual deadlines
Perform processes required following meter installation
Provide support and information to the field team whilst on site.
Ensure field team have all the necessary information to enable them to access the site and successfully carry out the work required
Proactively resolve issues for the company and the customer to ensure outstanding work is within agreed targets
Provide support to your colleagues on complex metering queries by sharing skills and knowledge
Working closely with the other teams to ensure exceptional customer service
Document and assist in the resolution of customer complaints
Involvement in the planning and deployment of new services and system enhancements
Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution
Prioritise and manage your workload to team and industry timescales

We are looking for someone with

Good problem-solving skills
Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
Anticipates issues and is pro-active in dealing with them
Can manage own time to meet daily requirements
Flexible, willing and able to cope with change with the ability to work under pressure
Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
Conscientious, accurate and diligent
Excellent IT skills including Excel and Word.
Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
