Junior Accounts Administrator
Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Salary/Rate: £19,000 – £23,500/annum

Junior Accounts Administrator – The Role:
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Administrator to join our team. It is a fantastic opportunity with lots of potential for growth within the company. You will learn some strong skills which will benefit you in all future career prospects. This role would be perfect for someone who has just finished A levels or University and is keen to pursue this as a career.
The successful candidate will undertake the following duties:
* Supplier Invoices – Coding & Input
* Sales invoices – Raising & Input
* Authorisations & Queries
* Bank reconciliations
* Preparing payment runs & Adhoc payments
* Employee Expenses
* Barclaycard Processing
* Monthly intercompany recharges
* Preparation of month end & related duties
* General Processing into Job Costing
* Stock Requisitions & Timesheets
* Check Daily Balances & match receipts to Sales ledger
* Update cashbook with misc payments including Direct Debits
* General Adhoc Duties as required
Applicant must have:
* Strong eye for detail
* Drive and passion to learn
* Ability to meet deadlines
* It would be beneficial to have prior experience withing a similar role
* Use of Sage 50 or SAGE200 would be desirable
* Flexible working attitude
* Team player
* Ideally A Level standard education
Location: Amersham
Salary: From £19-23.5k per Year
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time 8.30 – 5.30
