We have an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager with experience working on Hospital Contracts to join a leading FM provider! You will play a key role responsible for ensuring all works are completed to programme, budget and quality.
Other duties as the Facilities Manager will include but are not limited to:
* Responsible for ensuring all maintenance works on site is carried out and completed Understand contract objectives and communicates to site teams as short to medium term goals to focus works.
* Manage site activities to ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with the method statements, that they remain on target and takes action as required to rectify problems
* Is aware of full contract life cycle and contributes effectively with construction expertise at each
* Familiar with COINS, monitoring of PPE, costs from ongoing hire etc
* Ensure the work force are delivering works effectively.
* Responsible for the sub-contractors and ensuring they are carrying out the work correctly
* Hospital and PFI experience required
All other duties as reasonably required
You must hold relevant Mechanical and Electrical qualifications (HNC, HND, City & Guilds etc.) and have excellent working background as a Maintenance Manager or similar. You must hold H&S training (SMSTS would be desirable).
You must have a good all round knowledge of the other trades.
Hospital and PFI experience is a must for this role!
