Do you want to work with a large rail and civils company?
A large contractor is looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working alongside the commercial team and QS's to provide administrative support and coordination of all documents and reports on the project; you will have a crucial role in the running' of the office commercially. Part of this role will also include elements of procurement, meaning you will be part of the buying processes within the team. If you're looking for a new role to gain new skills and develop commercially then this could be a great opportunity for you! You will be based in Buckinghamshire with a high profile company who will provide you with key experience. You MUST be able to commute to Buckinghamshire daily. The hourly rate is £30k to £40k depending on experience..
Experience within the construction industry and commercial experience is necessary.

Raising material orders and requisitions
Authorising material invoices for payments
Raising Subcontract Orders and managing subcontract accounts
Compilation of Monthly CVRs for submittal
Assisting with submission of quarterly forecasting pack
Adhering to the IS Infrastructure Timetable and Due Dates
Attendance at weekly operation & commercial meetings
Managing highways contracts
Ad hoc duties The ideal candidate will have:
MUST have CONSTRUCTION experience
Excellent communication skills
A full UK driving license
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
AAT or RICS qualification
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
