Have you provided Admin support to Quantity Surveyors? This is a chance to work for a busy contractor working on a major infrastructure project who are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their team in Amersham.
The ideal candidate will be someone doing a commercial administration role and keen to progress their commercial career or someone who is currently studying towards a quantity surveying qualification and looking for industry experience alongside studies.
This is the chance to join this business on a permanent contract with the promise of training and development.
This role is paying circa £25k – £30k depending on experience.
You will be working with the Quantity Surveyors assisting with Commercial and Contract support on a major project.

Produce Monthly Applications
Issue the application for payment
Raise orders for materials and requisitions
Raise Subcontract Orders
Compilation of Monthly CVRs
Submission of Quarterly forecasting
Attend weekly meetings
Reporting to the client
Commercial Administrator Requirements:
Previous experience working in the construction industry is a must
Experience working in a commercial administrator role
Be technically strong and proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages inc Excel (can use VLOOKUP's / Pivot Tables)
