Development Planner/Senior Planning

I am recruiting for an experienced Development Planner to work with a noted housing developer operating in the Buckinghamshire/Bedfordshire region. I am recruiting for an experienced Development Planner to work with a noted Midlands housing developer.

Working closely with the Technical team you will be required to:

Undertake planning appraisals of potential developments and provide planning advice to the Board of Directors on multiple schemes.
Brief, negotiate, manage and drive the external consultants in the preparation and issuing of information to an agreed programme, fee and scope of works.
Obtain all necessary Planning consents (Reserved Matters or Detailed)
Ensure discharge of related planning conditions.Attention to detail and communication is vital in this role as you will be liaising with a number of external bodies, as well as in-house department heads.

Applicants MUST have a proven track record in a similar role within the industry and having operated as a RTPI Chartered Town Planner would be an advantage.
