Technical Operations Implementation Analyst
CIPHR are a rapidly expanding, innovative, UK based tech company who provide online (SaaS) HR systems and solutions to help organisations attract, engage, manage and retain their workforce more effectively.
The Role
We are looking for a 'hands on' Implementation Analyst who has front end web development experience, the role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying web pages, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications
Accountabilities
Scoping calls with customers to run through their initial requirements
Branding products to meet customer expectations
Technical Support for customers experiencing issue with the look of their site
Scoping, creating and modifying auto generated notifications
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them into operations
Required Skills & Experience
HTML
SQL
Knowledge of Data Modelling
CSS
Image editing
Good written English
