The Role

* To provide support to the Professional Services team with the implementation and deployment of projects.

* Escalating issues (where required) to Senior Consultants

* Involvement with technical handovers from Professional Services team to the helpdesk

Required Experience

As the ideal candidate you will have experience in some of the following:

* Windows Server (2008 – 2019)

* Helpdesk or onsite experience

* Microsoft Exchange, Office365 and Active Directory Sync

* Active Directory, Group Policy Management and Print Management

* Windows Server Backup and Disaster recovery

* Remote Desktop Services

* Server Hardware (Dell, HP and Lenovo)

* A good understanding of network topologies

* Troubleshooting firewalls/routers, wireless access points and switches

* Preferable but not essential Microsoft certification specifically MCSA Office 365 accreditation

* Ability to prioritise case load and manage time effectively

* Proactive approach to improving the quality of service we provide
