Are you a U&A (Undertaking & Assurance) Coordinator who is looking to work on a new rail project?
If you have worked within the civils or rail market as a Undertaking & Assurance Coordinator then you could be right for the role.
A large main contractor needs someone to join their Stakeholder team as a U&A coordinator to join their team in making sure the works are running parallel with the project. This role could also be suited to a Stakeholder or Community Liaison officer who has looked at U&As before. You need to understand the U&A of the scope of works and support consent requirements.
This role is a contract position that has potential to last up to a year, they are offering between £200 to 300umb a day depending on experience.
This main contractor is offering an amazing opportunity to get exposure to a huge rail project and grow within the project and role. Developing new skills and potential to grow on to new projects.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating information and controlling governance project handover documentation to the Client, for U&A requirements.
Uploaded, scanned of site produced documentation onto Viewpoint (cloud-based storage and reference system)
Provided administration and document control support to site engineers, for the processing of documentation.
Assisted with the monitoring and tracking of information to ensure sign-off for key documentation is approved to meet key
deadline dates.
Controlled the numbering referencing, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation
produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, consent granting bodies, client, consultants and supply chain
Provide support to U&A/ Consents Team Managers and Work Package Managers
Work with the Work Package Managers (WPM) to identify Undertakings and Assurances for their scope of works, as well as supporting on associated Consent requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
MUST have U&A experience
Rail or civils construction
Delt and liaise with stakeholders
Work within a team
Used construction based systems
