A UK based Company providing expert solutions to a wide range of industries regarding their Employment Law and Health and Safety requirements are seeking to expand their Sales team.
With extensive experience in these areas they work closely with clients, enabling them to focus on their changing business needs.
Key Requirements
* Proven track record in identifying and developing new business from cold call to close
* Maintaining accurate sales forecast and managing a pipeline using a CRM system
* Target driven
* Onboarding and providing client focussed solutions
* Require attention to detail in negotiations and onboarding of the client
* Maintaining regular communication & feedback to the Sales Director
* Travel to meet clients daily to offer our services in a defined region
* Attend & contribute to company meetings and seminars
* Communicate with other departments within the business
* Ensuring sales targets and KPI’s are met
Skills, Experience & Knowledge
* Computer literate & confident in the use of Microsoft Office
* Previous experience using a computerised CRM system i.e – salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive etc
* Professional & articulate in communication skills to clients
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and takes initiative
* Keeping up to date with company products, services, and the industry
* Build & maintain strong client relationships
* B2B field sales experience required
* Managing client expectations
