Are you a experienced Property Manager looking for a flexible role with the option to work from home? Are you keen to travel and manage a number of blocks across the South East? This is the opportunity for you! Baxter Williams are currently recruiting for an employee focussed, award winning company.
  
You will be responsible for:

A high level of customer service and managing client relationships directly
Supporting out of hours contracts
Taking on responsibility for a full south east portfolio of property
Carrying out site inspections
Facilitating strategic projects   
Person Specification:

A proven track record in a similar role
A IRPM Qualification (or currently studying toward one)
A vehicle and full valid driving licence
An ability to manage your own diary
