You are an experienced manager (RGN preferred) of residential care services with a specific interest in providing a high level of clinical and personal care to older people.
You have been a registered manager with the CQC and so have a working knowledge of monitoring and compliance of all the elements of the Essential Standards of Quality & Safety – Social Care Act 2008.
You have excellent team leadership skills and you enjoy coaching and inspiring your team to 'go the extra mile'.
This highly respected military charity has a purpose built 74 bed care home in High Wycombe offering excellent care in first-class surroundings to its residents many of whom require nursing and palliative care. There is a specialist Dementia Unit too.
A Registered Manager is required ( one year fixed term appointment) who will lead the business of the Home and, working with the senior management team will ensure maximum occupancy and continued high quality of care and service.
