Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd have registered an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be a superb communicator with strong customer service skills and have experience working within a call centre.

Job role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Home based, but will be based in Aylesbury in the future
Salary: £8.72 per hour plus holiday pay
Contract: Temp-Perm

Working days: Monday – Friday (40 Hour week)

Start date: ASAP

Customer Service Advisor primary duties;

To provide a professional and efficient service to customers responding to day to day queries
Support and manage customers' requests through internal system processes
To prioritise daily work flow based on customer and business requirements
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services
Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required to support the business

The ideal candidate will have;

You MUST have experience working in a call centre environment – this is essential
Good written and verbal communication skills
Prior exposure to dealing with customer complaints
The ability to remain calm under pressure

You must be available to start on Friday 3rd or Monday 7th December 2020.
