A bran new position has become available acting as the no.2 in the Facilities division over seeing three healthcare sites within High Wycombe / Buckinghamshire area.
The client is a UK leading Facilities Management specialist, providing maintenance expertise to healthcare contracts Nationally. The role, Maintenance Manager has become available due to the current work demand across the three sites.
Task & Responsibilities:
Overseeing PPM / Reactive Maintenance / Small Install works (Mechanical & Electrical)
Following & Managing Health & Safety procedures
Complying with all Legislations put in place by the client
Interacting with all Managers ensuring KPI's for each site are met on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
Develop Weekly, Monthly operational site programmes
Identify and defuse problems that require a solution
Qualifications:
HNC/HND/City guilds or equivalent professional qualification/apprenticeship Electrical or Mechanical engineering, must have a full understanding of the other skillset
Relevant experience:
Hospital Experience in a similar role or demonstrable experience
