As the Team Sports Site Lead you are responsible to lead the end-to-end service and improvements for the Team Sports business. The scope of your role includes demand planning, finished goods material planning, capacity planning and scheduling, as well as managing the process of all new solutions in the operations & supply chain processes.

You will be responsible for managing the customer service, procurement and warehouse teams onsite in Wooburn Green, UK. You will also be required to develop partnerships with suppliers & consultants with the aim to reduce the labour intensity, improve the quality of the products, reduce production lead time, and increase productivity. Key metrics include flexibility, reliability, and order turnaround time.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Lead and develop the Team Sport service to market leading standards and support overall market growth.

Work closely with Commercial team to develop demand, including trend- and variance analysis

Identify and lead opportunity for process improvement

*

Accountable for the project deliverables;

Develop flexible team culture

Secure and allocate appropriate resources

Manage projects to meet departmental goals and achieve financial objectives;

Communicate and work with all levels of the organization

Manage & develop team members and define priorities in support of the company’s goals;
