Position: Service Delivery Manager / Technical Account Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 p/a

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-service focused individual to join our client – a market leader and well known employer based in Milton Keynes.

The best description of this position would be a cross-over of IT Service Delivery Manager and a Technical Account Manager.

The following areas of technical skill/experience are essential:

– Previous experience of working in a IT Service Delivery position which required supporting a portfolio of external clients
– A strong, problem-solving and analytical mind-set
– An excellent customer-service focused approach to your work
– ITIL Certs
