Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 plus benefits

Location: Chesham

IT Support Technician Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Technician for a technology business based near Chesham. They are looking for someone with a year or two’s desktop support experience within a Windows and Mac OS environment who can help support circa 35 IT users (mostly UK based, but a couple in the US) with day to day IT, networking and troubleshooting issues.

The successful IT Support Technician will report in directly to the IT Manager, and you will be acting as his ‘right-hand-man’. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and develop a long-term career within the IT industry. Full training provided.

IT Support Technician Requirements

* 2 years of IT support experience

* Windows and Mac OS experience

* TCP/IP networking knowledge and experience

* Some experience of NetSuit or another ERP/CRM software package is advantageous

* JavaScript knowledge would also be advantageous

* Office 365 experience

* Good communication skills with a logical/problem solving attitude
