Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will contributing towards maintaining the company's reputation for providing a high level of Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Process Customer quotations
Customer Input and follow up
Ensuring smooth order to delivery process and customer order handling
Administrative duties
Overview of stock
Answering calls from customers and suppliers
Experience
Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone based role
Great knowledge of Excel ,Word, Outlook etc
Good IT skills
Organisational, planning and administrative skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
