My client, a leading company based in Uxbridge are currently recruiting for a Security Administrator on a full time permanent basis with a salary between £24,000 to £27,000.
The post will be responsible for administration of security ID for employees, contractors and visitors requiring access to the site. In addition to this, also providing support to the Facilities Team by organising maintenance.
Your role will involve –
Taking photos for visitor IDs
Creating security profiles and removing when no longer required
Running reports of access control history, alarm history reports, lost badge reports
Controlling inventory of all security badging consumables
Maintain record of security standards
Supporting the Security Team with compiling adhoc reports
Participating in weekly meetings
Ensuring all paperwork is up to date
Administration of the Facilities Helpdesk
Requirements of the candidate –
Previous experience/knowledge of using C-CURE system – or knows how to use a badging software system, access control, etc.
Base level security qualifications, security admin, CCTV, SIA (security industry association)
Previously been an administrator for a security team, dealing with security issues
Manufacturing/production environment is beneficial
Previous experience in a Corporate HQ on the Security team/security admin/front of house security
