Job Title: Warehouse Administrator/Coordinator – Immediate Start

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary:     £9.00 – £12.00 per hour depending on experience

Hours:      1pm to 10pm until the end of the year then 8am to 5pm 

My client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator/Coordinator to support their afternoon team at their Milton Keynes site. This is an on-going assignment with a view to the hours changing to 8am to 5pm in the New Year and going to a permanent position for the right candidate.

You would need to have worked within a similar role where you have used a warehouse system along with other computer software packages ie Microsoft Office.

As part of the role, you would be working within the warehouse labelling pallets and supporting the operation where needed.

Running customer orders off the system and logging within their internal tracker.

Where needed you would need to convert pick notes into delivery notes.

Scheduling deliveries to customers via email and phone and working with other departments to co-ordinate customer requirements for deliveries.

Supporting and assisting the out bound operations team checking customer orders
