Maintenance Contracts Manager – Highways, Electronic Signage, Intelligent Traffic Systems

Swarco Traffic are a leading supplier of smart, active signage solutions and the latest parking and traffic signal equipment in use across the UK and Europe. We require a skilled Maintenance Contract Manager to Ensure Maintenance Contracts are renewed and maintained.
The successful Maintenance Contracts Manager will:
* Regular visits to customers Nationwide to review Maintenance Contracts and our performance.
* Actively grow our Maintenance business.
* Work with Project Managers to capture Maintenance sold with new Projects.
* Work with Accounts regarding order coverage and invoicing.
* Ensure Routine Maintenance Visits are planned and carried out on time.
* Work with Sales to provide prices and contracts for Tenders.
* Support Sales with Maintenance sections of Tenders.
* Integrate with our Operations Manager and Back Office Team.
Skills and experience:
* Health and Safety and Traffic Management knowledge and Good Working Practises for working on live roads.
* Good knowledge and experience of Maintenance activities.
* Good writing skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Good Communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to remain calm in pressured environments while maintaining the company’s position.
* Organised and structured approach.
* Self-motivated and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities.
* Ability to work on their own initiative with minimal day-to-day supervision.
