Job Profile:
As a global brand in the queue management industry, we are looking for a part-time administrator to provide sales support and first-class customer service within our growing Export Team. The ideal candidate will have previous sales administration experience as well as language skills – ideally German or French speaking.
Key Tasks:
* Provide quotations and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
* Processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
* Liaising with internal departments such as operations, logistics, purchasing and product design.
* Field general in-bound international sales enquiries, assigning to field sales or International distribution partners.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous sales and customer service experience within a target driven environment.
* Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in written and spoken correspondence with International customers.
* Fluency in English, written and spoken, plus one or more of the other major European languages (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish) highly desirable.
* Highly efficient clerical attributes and interpersonal skills.
* Numeracy skills.
* Excellent PC skills.
* Previous experience of working with an ERP system i.e. SAP or Epicor.

* Strong administration skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to meet deadlines.
