Position: Site Manager / Construction Manager – Client-side role – WATER sector
Location: Buckinghamshire
Rate: £350 per day LTD or Umbrella

Seeking a Client-side Construction Manager to oversee construction activities on a water construction project in Buckinghamshire.

To be considered for this assignment it is required that you have extensive and demonstrable experience of working in the regulated water sector, ideally clean water projects.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring contractors are safely delivering the required assets to the time, quality and cost expected of them
• Ensuring efficient and effective delivery whilst safeguarding site compliance and process
• Meeting regulatory and statutory requirements
• Oversee construction activities, monitoring compliance with standards, safety, environmental and quality
• Reviewing contractor’s performance and ensuring the project is delivered efficiently

The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications and experience:
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering subject OR extensive and relevant experience
• A NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• Knowledge and understanding of processes used in Water
• Understanding of the construction of infrastructure projects
• Understanding of performance and quality management
