The company:

An international construction, engineering and FM contractor.

The role:

A leading FM provider are looking for a Trainee BMS Engineer to join their team on a large commercial site near Milton Keynes.

Working and learning alongside a BMS sub-contractor, who attends site 2-3 days a week, you will take full responsibility for the building maintenance systems across numerous facilities.

The preliminary task will be to manage a transition from Johnson Control's Metasys to a Trend system across the site. Throughout and following this transition, you will be carrying out PPMs to the control panels and electrical aspects of the plant room.

You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern Monday-Friday (7am-3.30pm and 09.30am – 6pm).

There is a 1/4 call out rota (£100/wk) however call outs are infrequent and there is a van on site that can be used when on call.

The person:

* A fully qualified, time-served electrician, or HVAC engineer, with experience in a client-facing role.

* You will have experience of monitoring HVAC systems and plant room via BMS, preferably Trend, with experience maintaining control panels.

The package:

* Up to £37,000 with a £1,000 shift allowance

* The company also offers a generous package, including 8% pension and 25 days holiday.
