Tradewind Recruitment are working with a number of schools within Buckinghamshire who are always on the lookout for passionate Cover Supervisors to join their wonderful teams or to work on a daily supply basis.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to build experience for a potential teaching career whilst supporting the next generation or for those with experience who are looking for a flexible position.
If in long term roles there is often the posibility of joining a school on a permanent contract at the end of the academic year.

The Cover Supervisor must:
*Ideally hold a degree
*Ideally have recent experience working as a TA/LSA/121/Technician/Cover Supervisor
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
