Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join a forward thinking, well established independent recruitment agency that has over 32 branches throughout the UK. Due to securing a large client contract they are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join their very busy Milton Keynes branch.
Responsibilities will include:-
* Searching for suitable Industrial and Driving candidates using a number of different methods including job boards and social media platforms
* Screening candidates and checking eligibility and licences
* Calling candidates / applicants to screen them for suitability to roles (current or upcoming)
* Conducting interviews and registartion for candidates, either over the phone or face-to-face
* Advertising job vacancies
* Candidate administration – Confirming interviews – Lead generation
* Accurately adding details to a database
* Ensuring candidates are fully compliant with the client's requirements and that all necessary documents/legislation has been verified.
* Speaking to current staff on daily requirements
* General Administrative duties and support to a team of Recruitment Consultants
Qualifications & Experience
What we are looking for;
Ideally 1 years experience in recruitment as a Resourcer/Administrator
Good telephone and customer service experience.
Professional when dealing with candidates and clients with strong attention to detail .
Good Word, Internet and Email experience .
You will have a naturally friendly attitude and be prepared to work hard, with a natural ability to communicate.
The hours are 08:30 – 17:30 hrs from Monday to Friday with some out of hours working when required to meet the business needs.
There is the opportunity for the right candidate to work towards a Recruitment Consultants role in the future with the full support of the Branch Manager
