Sales Consultant

Milton Keynes

5 Days a week including Saturday

09:30 – 18:00

£18,000 – £20,000 DOE

Commission OTE: £23,000 – £26,000

Gi Group present an opportunity to work for a Luxury furniture company, in their showroom. They are looking for an ambitious professional to assist their growing business and maintaining their exceptional customer service. A successful candidate will have great enthusiasm, passion and have a sales patter about them to be motivated to reach and exceed company KPIs. Ideally will have at least 1 year previous sales experience. Training can be provided on how to deal with situations confidently and comprehensively, personal development is a priority for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

– Assist customers visiting the showroom providing required information from your wealth of gained knowledge

– Respond to customer enquires through various lead channels for example live chat, email and telephone enquiries

– Keep existing customers up to date on the process of their orders and when they can expect the arrival of their new furniture

– Proactively keep yourself up to date with the vast amount of products and various options available to ensure you can offer our clients the best service and advice

– Meet and maintain set sales KPI's

– Ensure the showroom is maintained and always presentable
