Sales Advisor, Remote working/ Milton Keynes, £11 per hour. 6-month contract with potentially for extend.

Your new company
Our client is one of world's leading automotive manufacturers offering vehicles and services to the consumer & business sectors.

We are recruiting for an Advisor to join a high performing outbound Telemarketing department. Working within this integrated part of marketing operations, you will be a crucial part of the lead generation process, creating the contact point for our Customers that will eventually lead to the sale of a new or used vehicles.

Your new job
You will be making unscripted outbound calls to customers who have shown an interest at the showroom/branch with a view to convert them into potential leads for retailers. Respond efficiently and professionally to incoming calls and provide one call resolution for customers.

Taking ownership and working within guidelines to resolve customers' and other departments queries on specific contractual matters, including the provision of settlement figures and general account enquiries, with responses verbally, electronically, in writing or by fax, as appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have an affinity with cold calling – ability to make unscripted and unsolicited calls. Customer service experience, ideally in a Prestige, Retail environment. Also understand the importance of customer experience. In addition to this be able to operate efficiently in a high-volume environment working under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
