2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer

Windows Server – NetApp- VMware – Cisco

A new opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with experience in Cloud MS stack support skills has become available in Milton Keynes/ This role is remote to start however you should be commutable to Milton Keynes and have a full driving license.

There will be a shift pattern including a night shift due the 24/7 high availability environment.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

* Provide support to end users

* Creating documentation

* Provide 2nd / 3rd Line infrastructure support

* Provide exceptional customer service

* Windows operating systems

* Office 365

* VMWare

* NetApp / SAN

* Cisco
