I currently am working on a position as a Customer Service Executive, for a reputable company who are growing at an incredible rate. This is a really exciting time to be joining the customer service team.
As a Customer Service Executive you will be providing high quality customer service via email and over the telephone. You will be supporting customers with their queries and be consistent delivering a high level of customer service, processing orders, Identify trends on customer feedback and help support with shipping errors.
Administration is also a key part of the role and having an eye for detail. You will need to be a team player and enthusiastic about customer service. You must be confident in using Word, Excel and quick to learn new systems.
A background in customer service and administration is essential for this position. need to be proactive, a desire to get involve, the ability to build rapport and help where needed within the Customer Service team.
