Due to continual growth and new sites due to commence my client has an immediate need for experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers.

Working for the regional office of a highly respected National Housing Developer my client is looking for candidates who have managed high volume new build housing sites, experience in both Timber Frame and Traditional Build would be beneficial.

Based from their Buckinghamshire office sites will be within Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire borders.

All candidates must have a solid work track record, they should hold SMSTS, CSCS Card and Full First Aid as a minimum but MUST have previous experience of working for a high volume house builder.
