We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join our client, a 5* house builder, as part of an award winning region. The site will be located in the Milton Keynes patch.

Responsibilities will include-

Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction
Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality image

About you-
You would have worked for a reputable UK residential developer or Main Contractor
Ideally, have either a construction related qualification or a trade background If your experience is relevant to the above please apply today
