The Role

Leading provider of the latest in high value construction technology requires a new Sales Executive to join their specialist team. You will be responsible for a highly lucrative patch, developing existing accounts and targeting new business using a consultative selling technique. Experience Required

You will already be a successful Sales Executive that is adept at using a consultative selling technique. The construction and building equipment you will be selling is premium and high quality so you must be used to adding value and selling on features and benefits to develop long term repeat buying relationships. Team fit is essential for this role so you must be outgoing, dedicated, driven and energised. If you have sold a product or service into the construction or building industry then this would be a great advantage although not essential if you are a high performing field sales person that sells and demonstrates a product solution. A minimum of 2 years field sales experience is required for this role.

The Package

A starting base salary of £27,000 – £30,000 basic and an achievable uncapped OTE £50,000 first year is on offer for the Construction Technology Sales Executive. This is dependent on your required level of experience and previous sales performance consultatively selling in the field. This package also includes a company vehicle, expenses, laptop, mobile and pension.
