Administrative Sales Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £22,000 + Bonus scheme
Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Position:
Administrative Sales Coordinator
This is a key part of the team, reporting to two national account managers, liaising with different parts of the company to help and ensure the account managers can hit company targets. You will be providing a crucial 'bridge' between customers and internal purchasing, logistics and external sales teams. A fast-paced multi-faceted role encompasses building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally, and representing the interests of our client towards key accounts.
Duties:
– Supporting National Account Managers, managing key accounts
– Helping achieve defined targets for assigned accounts
– Ensuring (track & adjust) success of sales activities
– Liaising with internal and external entities
– Conducting commercial strategy plans,
– Activity planning & budgeting
– Customer negotiations
– Implementation, support & tracking
– Working with financial formulas
– Reconciliation
– Collating market share information
– Completing product specs
– Promotional sales reports
Requirements:
– Degree (Preferred)
– Commercial/ analytical experience within marketing, sales, sales support functions
– Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, sales or sales support functions
– Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
– Industrial, product knowledge (Preferred)
– Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
– Strong communication skills
– Exceptional organizational skills to manage projects simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail
– Background in finance (Preferred)
