Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Friday to Sunday Nights)

Due to ongoing growth and investment my client, a successful food manufacturer based in the Milton Keynes area are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their busy engineering team.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for responding to breakdowns/ reactive, and ongoing preventative maintenance of all machinery on site.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities.

• Providing reactive and preventative maintenance on electrical machinery and mechanical equipment
• Attending to electrical and mechanical machinery breakdowns 
• Fault finding on processing equipment and electrical and mechanical machinery
• Installation of new electrical and mechanical machinery
• Adhere to health & safety, and food safety procedures
• Maintain documentation, log all electrical and mechanical breakdowns and servicing work
• Support and liaise with the preparation and processing department

Skills and Experience

• Engineer, either bias but must have some electrical experience
• Ideally experience working in an FMCG fast paced manufacturing environment 
• Food manufacturing experience is desirable
• Min level 3 in relevant engineering qualification 

Benefits Package

Circa £48K basic plus overtime available
Friday to Sunday 
Night Shift 5.30pm to 5.30am
23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
