You'll be taking inbound enquiries from customers and resolving their queries efficiently and professionally, delivering outstanding and optimal customer service.

The role

Make scripted outbound calls to customers
Accurately record all queries and action points on the CRM system and the customer intentions portal
Adhere at all times to the Data Protection Act, and Consumer Credit Act
Prioritise and organise work to make outbound calls
You will be required to make between 70 to 100 outbound calls per day.Previous Experience Required

Contact centre experience – ability to make unscripted and unsolicited calls.
Experience within a customer facing environment.
Understand the importance of customer experience.
Customer service experience, ideally in a Prestige, Retail environment.
Able to operate efficiently in a high volume, high tempo business area.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Good level of numeracy, literacy and administration skills.
