The ideal candidate will have at least three years studio experience, and have experience in editing images and setting up a photographic studio environment. Experience with shooting clothing and working with models/hair/makeup. Enthusiasm, ideas, organisation, good communication skills and a positive attitude are all essential attributes. A keen interest in the outdoors, clothing/retail and outdoor activities would also be an advantage.

Essential Skills:

Digital photography, excellent Photoshop retouching and colour matching skills. Excellent all-round computer, that includes good working knowledge of capture one software or equivalent.

Other Desirable skills:

Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, video editing software,

After Effects, good knowledge of working across all areas of the studio, able to prepare sets, checking that all equipment is fully functional and management of image libraries.

Roles and responsibilities: –

Creating high quality and consistently beautiful product images, and ensuring they are correctly exposed and colour consistent. This includes on body product/clothing images and mannequin product/clothing photography for use within multiple channels across the business.
Re-touching, resizing, re-colouring and maintaining image banks and distributing assets
Working with Retail and VM across in-store imagery and VM guides.
Able to follow briefs and deliver on expectations.
Open to feedback for improvement.
Understand the customer journey and provide a suite of shots to help with online decision making including strong detail shots.
Able to work independently.
Event photography, and assisting on other shoots.
Assisting with product training videos and developing the on-line product demo videos.
Management of all Rohan Image Libraries.
Looking after the studio set up and ensuring that all equipment is fully functional and cared for appropriately.
Occasional travel will be required so a valid UK driving license would be preferred.
Assisting with basic graphic design duties if required.
Other ad hoc duties may be required.
