Project Controller Overview
A UK leading construction company are looking to recruit a Project Controller on to work remotely for 6 months, then 2 days a week on site in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire and 3 days remote from home. The Project Controller will be accountable for guaranteeing overall organisation and reporting of cost and performance info.
The Project Controller will be joining one of the leading businesses in its construction field, who have been established for over 30 years providing construction services to the Rail, Construction, Power station industry sectors. This outstanding construction business are looking to grow rapidly, due to the success of winning multiple complex projects recently. Project Controller key skills / qualifications:
* Previous experience in commercial, accounts, cost control or project controls environment.
* Proven experience of planning and monitoring of activities.
* Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
* Drivers Licence
Project Controller responsibilities:
* Ensuring overall collection of programme/performance information processes and validating progress updates associated with the subcontract works;
* Ensuring overall collation of costs as well as maintaining overall project cost projections;
* Undertaking Earned Value Analysis;
* Collating and validating Monthly Progress Reports;
