THE SCHOOL
Our client is a academy school in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, England. It is a secondary school, which takes pupils from the age of 11 to 18. The school is much smaller than an average secondary school.
THE ROLE
• Oversee and develop School's SEN Strategy
• Assess SEN pupils, monitor progress and report back to Class Teachers and Parents
• Collaboratively work with SLT, Teacher and Parents to implement Support/Learning plans
• Advise on SEN Budget provision
• Support Teaching staff with effective teaching and behaviour management approaches to utilise in their classrooms

ABOUT YOU
• You must hold QTS
• Previous experience working Special and Additional Needs
• Confident in creating effective EHCPs
• Directly managed team of Teaching Assistants and collaboration with Teachers, SLT and Parents
• Compassionate, determined and motivated to betterment of your pupils
